2xxx Series 2014 Aluminum Alloy Sheet For Aerospace Industry
2014 alloy is primarily used in aerospace/military applications where high strength is critical.
For commercial uses, modified 2XXX/7XXX alloys are often preferred due to better corrosion
resistance.

Hardness: Up to 135 HB (T6)
Corrosion Resistance: Poor - requires surface protection
Heat Treatment: Responds well to T4/T6 tempers
