the cooling process after molten zinc is attached to the surface of steel material. The formation of

spangle is affected by the temoerature, cooling rate and the chemical composition of the zinc layer.

For example, faster cooling often leads to the formation of small spangles, while slower cooling tends

to form large spangles.

regular spangle are known as their unique, rough, petal-like crystals, which provide a very strong visual

rough spangle helps to improve corrosion resistance, especially in harsh environments such as high
humidity areas, marine climates areas.

♦ Zero spangle

Zero spangle means that there are almost no zinc crystals can be seen, just like an ordinary piece of

steel sheet. The advantage of zero spangle is that the finish is extremely good, very beautiful, and

the coating will be denser and even.
