ASTM A755 PPGI Coil Prepainted Steel Coil Ppgi Color Coated Sheets

Color coated steel coils, also known as pre-painted steel or coil-coated metal, are composite

materials formed by applying protective and decorative coatings onto cold-rolled steel, galvanize

steel, or galvalume substrates through continuous roll coating and baking processes. These prod

-ucts combine structural strength with superior weather resistance for architectural, appliance,

and transportation applications.

A standard color coated coil consists of multiple functional layers
