Color Coated Steel Coils (CCS or pre-painted steel) are composite materials made by

applying organic coatings (such as polyester, PVDF, etc.) onto galvanized (GI) or galv

-alume (GL) steel substrates through a continuous coating and baking process. These

coils offer superior corrosion resistance, decorative appeal, and formability, making them

ideal for appliances, construction, and automotive applications.
